Free shipping applies to CDs and DVDs only, on shipments sent by regular UPS Ground or USPS to the continental USA only, no rush or expedited orders, and no international shipping destinations.

SHIPPING POLICY

Holiday Shipping Notice (thru 12/31/07): Orders placed are packed and shipped the same day received on in-stock items. Using free standard delivery, expect delivery within three to four days on in-stock orders within the continental U.S.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. USPS orders placed after 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time will ship out the following business day or you will be notified within five (5) business days of any delay in shipment. Keep in mind that delivery time does not include order-processing time. Please note: In stock items may be depleted at any time, depending on the number of orders for that particular item.

Standard Service - If Standard Service is requested, items will usually be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). In-stock orders placed before 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time (on normal business days) will be shipped that day. In-stock orders placed after 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time, will be shipped the following business day.
 
The standard shipping rate for the contiguous U.S. is $4.95 for Compact Disc orders. Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces, Canada, and U.S. Territories will be shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $6.95.
 
When purchasing Pianomation hardware and/or accessories, shipping fees will vary based on weight, delivery address and total order amount. These items may be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times for USPS. Depending on your location, normal delivery usually takes 3-10 days, however we allow 21 days for delivery (30 days for Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces, Canada, and U.S. Territory shipments).
 
Expedited Service - Expedited delivery is available through UPS or FedEx at prevailing rates.

Back Orders
If we can't fill your entire order quickly, we may send you a partial shipment. The balance of your order will then be placed on back order and you will be notified via email.
