Shipping Policy


Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. USPS orders placed after 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time will ship out the following business day or you will be notified within five (5) business days of any delay in shipment. Keep in mind that delivery time does not include order-processing time. Please note: In stock items may be depleted at any time, depending on the number of orders for that particular item.

Standard Service - In-stock orders placed before 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time (on normal business days) will be shipped that day. In-stock orders placed after 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time, will be shipped the following business day.
 
When purchasing Pianomation products, shipping fees will vary based on weight, delivery address and total order amount. These items may be shipped via USPS or UPS.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times for USPS. Depending on your location, normal delivery usually takes 3-10 days, however we allow 21 days for delivery (30 days for Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces, Canada, and U.S. Territory shipments).
 
Expedited Service - Expedited delivery is available through UPS or USPS at prevailing rates.

Back Orders

If we can't fill your entire order quickly, we may send you a partial shipment. The balance of your order will then be placed on back order and you will be notified via email.
 
Order Not Received
If your order shipped via Standard Service and you have not received your order after 21 days from the original ship date (30 days for shipping destinations to Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces, Canada or U.S. Territories), please contact Customer Service at (949) 645-3960 - M-F 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time or email: service@playerpianopros.com
 
If you do not receive your order, you have up to 35 days from the shipping date to notify us via email or by phone.
